Our Services

Working with companies to build on their Management Procedures and produce their Quality, Environmental and/or Health & Safety Management Manual so they meet the requirements of either, both or all three Standards.

We also provide Internal/External or third party auditing support and help with the Management Review; following that we arrange for accreditation with a UKAS registered Company and continue to provide support on an ongoing basis

Implementation

Either starting from scratch or updating an existing Quality Manual, we firstly develop an understanding of your processes, documents and their interaction. This is then taken and written into your new Quality Manual. This manual will reflect your business

Auditing

We also provide Independent Internal auditing support under clause 9.2 of ISO 9001:2015 along with the Management Review; following that we arrange for accreditation with a UKAS registered Company, ( BSI, NQA, LRQA, SGS, TUV etc.), and continue to provide support

Non-Conformance

The dreaded non-conformance issued during an External Inspection Audit can have serious implications for a company . Opportunities For Improvement can often turn into a Minor Non-conformance and then a Major Non-conformance unless you deal with them effectively and promptly.
